- Movie still gallery : During the Golden Age of Mexican cinema, producers paid special attention to have high quality promotional materials made: posters, movie stills, copy, etc. They used to appoint accomplished photographers as stillmen. Among them, three members of the "Mexican modern photography generation": Agustín Jiménez (who was also a noted cinematographer), Manuel Álvarez Bravo and Luis Márquez Romay. Here, we are showing a small sample of their outstanding works for the Mexican film industry.
- Mexican movie poster art from the 1970s: The 1970s brought deep change for the Mexican film industry. This transformation reached its poster art too. A new generation of artists, more creative freedom and fresh trends resulted in outstanding works of art.
- Lobby cards for Mexican movies shown in the United States:Lobby cards made for advertising Mexican movies showing in the United States from the 1940s to the 1970s were colorful and inviting.
