Movie still gallery : During the Golden Age of Mexican cinema, producers paid special attention to have high quality promotional materials made: posters, movie stills, copy, etc. They used to appoint accomplished photographers as stillmen. Among them, three members of the "Mexican modern photography generation": Agustín Jiménez (who was also a noted cinematographer), Manuel Álvarez Bravo and Luis Márquez Romay. Here, we are showing a small sample of their outstanding works for the Mexican film industry.
